A New Guy

Did you know that if you slowly start knocking small increments off your sleep schedule, eventually you can learn to operate effectively on 2-5 hours of sleep daily? Please don't ask how I know this. By the way, is it cool that I joined? Just asking.

I was reading an article about how sometimes going without sleep all night is more healthier than sleeping a few hours and forcing yourself out of bed.

Works for me.
All-nighters don't, but you can always find stuff to do. Like staring at the ceiling.
